DAAT - Hampshire Drug & Alcohol Action Team

Hampshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) are a multi-agency partnership responsible for implementing the national drug strategy at a local (Hampshire County) level. It aims to reduce the harm caused by drugs to individuals, their families and communities through focussing on the four key themes of the Govt's strategy: Young People - Treatment - Communities - Availability The DAAT works with and supports the local Drug and Alcohol Reference Groups (DARG's) towards identifying gaps in services and enabling efficient targeting of resources. This may also include sponsoring DARG to promote their local forum and local drug treatment services.
